The Plan Integral de Gestión del Cambio Climático y Biodiversidad del Sector Hacienda (PIGCCSH+B) grounded in Law 1931 of 2018 is the Colombian Ministry of Finance’s framework to integrate climate and biodiversity considerations into fiscal, budgetary, and financial policies, and to mobilize public and private green finance. It defines lines of action for taxation, spending, financial regulation, and risk management so that economic policy supports national climate and biodiversity goals.
