This provides the legal basis to support South Korea's carbon capture, utilisation, transportation and storage (CCUS) industry by defining administrative and licensing procedures for CCUS businesses, setting safety and environmental standards, as well as promoting investments through subsidies, research and development support, and technical assistance.
