Amendment to Costa Rica’s electric mobility legislation. It introduces phased tax exemptions and reductions for EV purchases and imports, including value-added tax (VAT) and vehicle property taxes. It also consists of non-fiscal incentives such as traffic-restriction exemptions and preferential parking.
